I'm really disappointed that they would cancel my service after 4 years of being a customer. I had a lower rate since I started supporting their business so long ago, at a time when rates were lower. They've been hinting that I pay less than other customers, so I guess they finally figured out a way to get rid of me--canceling me and asking me to pay 3 times what I pay now. I've told them that my government job takes me out of state regularly, which is why I have to move my appointments. In the past, I've happily paid the full month's payment even though they only sprayed the outside of my house while I was out of town for work. All of their techs were very nice, Sam was great. But the company itself clearly doesn't care about loyalty or the civil servants of this country who work their butts off to help keep us protected. They just care about the bottom line and squeezing out as much money from each customer as possible. Don't give them your business.
