Tires Plus

Had a rapid deflating tire, went up to Tires Plus. I walked into the waiting room and after a few minutes someone finally came out to help me. I told them what was going on and the gentleman asked if I could leave it for a bit, I was on a schedule and couldn't. He said that it would be 4 hours minimum. I said 'really 4 hours is the wait?' more frustrated than angry he replied 'yeah we have a job to do too'. I thanked him for his time and went over to Goodyear tire and they got me in and out in an hour and were really nice about the wait. Would never go back to Tires Plus, rude employees and ridiculous wait times.

STAY AWAY, unless you want your personal things stolen out of your car. Took my Lexus to Tires Plus for an oil change. A few days later I notice my sunglasses missing from my car. Tires Plus service manager Robert was very rude so I called higher authority. Outcome is they tell me their employees would never take sunglasses from a customer.
