Rude and uninformed staff. Make sure when you get your fluids topped off that they actually do it. Had my brakes done and my brake fluid was lower than when I dropped it off. If you want be sassed by your mechanic like he's a 12 year old this is the place for you.

Do not go to this place unless you want to spend at least 3 hours waiting or sometimes days. This happens even if you set an appointment, because it's never close to the time they actually start working on your car. The last time I went there, I set the time for 4pm. the part to be fixed was $25 plus labor. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and my car never was touched. I asked about the delay. They said we cant get to it today. We will start on it tomorrow. Whats the use getting an appointment? I took the key and will go elsewhere. The delay and waiting is EVERY time you go there. But they have time to fix a tire or check the fluid in a car from a walk-in. Too many bosses and no communication between the employees. I've spent thousands there in the last couple years and for them to push me aside as if i was a nobody. not very professional. Jay Smith
