Tokyo Bay Japanese Buffet

Pretty decent place for sushi. They have a wide variety of sushi dishes that taste amazing. They make the sushi right there in front of you as you move down the line picking what you like. They have a hibachi section that you can order from as it is included in the price. This taste pretty amazing as well and you have the option of mixing meats as well. The place is very clean and staff are friendly. Docked 1 star however, for the hot food section of the buffet. It was hit or miss there and doesn't seem to get as much attention as the sushi side. Still, great overall.

Fresh and fast Asian Fusion Buffet. We got here just as they were opening up for lunch on the weekend. Sushi was well made, cold bar and the salads were tasty and not overly salted. The Hibachi chef did a good job cooking your ingredients and left the flavor mild so you could salt / Teriyaki /white sauce to your own tastes. There was too much heavy handed dipping in batter on the tempura broccoli which made for a doughy, under cooked mess, but the sweet potatoes were fine. Soups were okay, not my favorite hot and sour, nor my favorite egg drop soup. Desserts were there a plenty, and the red bean ice cream was probably my favorite. Price was higher than their competition in the area, but their selection with few exceptions is very good. Well worth a visit for a lunch or a dinner if you have a bunch of undecided dining guests.
