We hired Scott when he was referred to us by a friend of ours that had worked with him on several home sales and purchase…after we had another agent- she had it on the market for 3 months and we only had 7 showings. This was for our old home and we now live several hours away and don’t get by much to see it now. What a difference when we canceled and hired Scott to sell our home! We had 7 showings in the first week or two. He had us make some repairs we didn’t even know were needed, and all a sudden we were all over the internet- even YouTube where he posted a video. How come our last agent didn’t do this for us? We had to adjust our price a few times and had several low offers Scott encouraged us not to take, and then one week he got 3 offers who were fighting over the home- we ended up selling for over $7000 over our Asking price! And he was a tough negotiator when the buyers kept asking for repairs and things after we had a deal. He made closing easy and we only had to drive a few minutes to sign the papers as we don’t like to drive. There were lots of ups and downs in the process, but in the end, we got more than we expected to! We would work with him again for sure.

I refer Scott to my clients who need a Realtor who is Professional and won’t waste their time or be too “sales-y”. He will do what he says he will and I can count on his followup. Scott is very, very organized. I can’t afford to refer people a Realtor who won’t make me look good for sharing his name. He shows up well, is both professional and comfortable, tells people what they need to hear, and get’s the job done, whether its buying a home or selling one. Seems to me like he probably can work with a wide-variety of people. He’s been doing Real Estate for a long, long time, knows what he is doing, and still brings energy and enthusiasm to the task. I’ve had clients tell me that when they didn’t listen to him, it cost them money and they wish they had done what he advised. You should listen to him from the start, and he’ll get you in or out of that home too!
