Publix Pharmacy at Mitchell Ranch Plaza

i have been a long time customer of this publix and over the past two months am seriously considering taking my money elsewhere. What is wrong with a company that doesn't take customer service seriously any more. When a customer shows dedication and commitment - takes time to order - pre-order for large events only to be told the date is was due - sorry truck is late. Well Publix management team - sorry there are other stores - get your act together before you lose more good customers

Store is always clean the staff is friendly and helpful. Their deli food is fantastic ---- best subs in Florida!
