Worst place ever. Put me hold for over 30 minutes and closed shop without answering or apologies. This is a Sears service center that Sears should dump. They've had my brand new saw for warranty work for several weeks and nothing yet. Don't even answer phone. Should have not dropped it off there. BEWARE THIS PLACE SUCKS. Deserve Zero Stars.
