We have been customers for several years and we order from Truman's or stop in about once/week. Over the last few months something is very wrong in their kitchen and customer service is suffering. Last week we ordered 2 salads for take out. When I got them home they were 2 boxes of iceberg lettuce, very little meat, no tomatoes and no dressing. It was unreal what they sent out the door. I called and was told that the charge would be reversed and they apologized....the charge was never reversed. Last night we thought we'd give it one more chance for Mother's Day. We ordered 2 Truman burgers. They were overdone, the roll had obviously been frozen and was falling apart. No mayo, a giant piece of wilted lettuce. I don't know how it went out the door. If we had eaten in the restaurant it would likely not have been like that. I NEVER write reviews, but in addition to these 2 recent incidents there have been several others over the past few months and I can't just chalk it up to a bad night anymore. Very disappointing because we patronized this restaurant a lot but we are done now.
