I saw an ad in the local paper and called for an estimate. Spoke to a man on Friday. Was told that he would be out Monday after 5 pm. Was a no show, no call. I thought maybe I misunderstood, so I called on Wednesday to schedule again. We set a time for Thursday, later got a text that he would not be able to make it that day, but asked for my email address so he could send me some options. Said that he would send the email on Friday morning. Its Saturday and I have not received an email yet. Not sure why they spent the money for the ad in the paper, clearly they do not follow thru with estimates which could generate business.
