I've been going to this Tuffy for over 6 years. The honesty and ethics upheld by Karl and his staff are what have made me a "customer for life" and continue my recommendations to family and friends in need of service. I've always felt like I was being given a good price, typically beating competition, and have never felt taken advantage of. If anything, quite the opposite... Years back, I had an old car that was to the point of costing more to fix than it was worth. I was given all the options, but was shocked when they didn't try to pressure me into the costly repairs. Instead, Karl and his technicians aired on the side of calling it quits and looking for another car. It was nothing I had ever experienced at a shop before. They could have made a big sale but their concern for doing what was better for my family and my wallet took precedence. When it comes to auto repair, these kinds of values are something found very few and far between. When you come across a place like this, you just don't go anywhere else, and you make sure everyone knows it.
