U-Haul Storage of New Port Richey

Rude confrontational unhelpful. The worst experience I have ever had with U Haul location anywhere in the country. I do not normally post any review good or bad but this is an exception. No help. Rude mean both husband and wife. They gang up on you to make themselves seem right even when they are wrong. They would prefer to win against doing what is right for the customer and lose thousands of dollars then admit they were wrong or short sighted. Ignorant and should not be in business. With 3 stars they won't be for long.

Poor customer service. They miss scheduled my date and did nothing but pass me along to the 800 call center. Had larger truck on lot not being used an choose not to rectify the situation. Will never use this location again. Thank your manager for not willing to be helpful.
