Communication is key. These are real people who care and are doing a great job in a difficult situation. I received professional attention and service for my U-Box rental, and I recommend this store to others. A word of advice, however. Make your initial reservation (especially for a U-Box) online, and then deal with the people at your local store for the rest of the details, calls, checks, pick-up times, changes, etc.
