Scheduled a haircut. When I arrived, they'd changed my appointment time by 30 min and the person it was scheduled with without asking or notifying me. The person I was rescheduled with was nice, but very new to haircutting and I was not happy with my experience or style. I paid anyway because i wanted to get out of there, but on the way home I called and spoke to a manager. She handled my complaints by saying "thank you, I'll pass your feedback on" terrible experience made worse by lack of action from management.
