When I made the decision to make that big move I looked at several communities to find out what were my best options.
As you know this is a very long and lengthy process.
I found out that a lot of communities and builders were not really that friendly in some areas.
However when I finally found DR. Horton at Union Park, in Wesley Chapel, it was a new ball game.
I was greeted very professionally by Mrs. Cheryl Taylor and we started to discuss which home and lot that would be best suited for me.
As the process begun I found that selecting my home and my options were not that challenging. Also there pricing were very reasonable.
I decided to build the Hawthorn with the bonus room and upgraded the elevation.
Through this process I met the Builder Superintendent Greg Ridolph and he was very easy going and extremely professional. He understood how important building this home was for me.
After the house was built DR. Horton was very thorough and I found myself extremely happy with the end result.
If you are looking to build a new home that has quality and is priced out well DR Horton is your builder.
