I sent a letter to Sarasota from PA 8 days ago...it has been in sarasota for 5 days at this post office and still has not been delivered to the recipient...I have been tracking this certified letter everyday and it is just sitting at this post office! This is ridiculous! The recipient even went there to pick it up and they can not find it...is this really representative of the USPS? I also have been calling the post office for 2 days and nobody has ever answered the phone, it just rings until it disconnects. The USPS should be ashamed to even be affiliated with such a pathetic postal delivery system. I understand that this particular post office is extremely incompetent with their operations. Shut them down! PATHETIC SERVICE! 10/14/17 Well, after 7 days of sitting at this post office, the letter was finally delivered today! THIS WAS TIME SENSITIVE and this certified letter was stuffed in the recipients mailbox and never even attempted to get the required signature! Really?! I paid for a certified letter...they never even updated tracking, it still continues to say it is delayed! Something is wrong with the management of this post office, or perhaps there is no management or leadership there at all...SHUT THEM DOWN!
