I have used them a few times. They do have a few self service kiosks which is very helpful but are almost always out of most of the packaging unless you are there during the hours customer service is available. So bring your own boxes if possible. The kiosk works better overall than the other closest location with self service on Oakland. That one has one machine that is down a lot. I know one of my packages did get delivered but still waiting to confirm a few others to say for sure how their actual performance is. Finally, be ready for the panhandlers both in and out of the building.
