EVERY time we get a package, or letter with a check in it sent from my mother in law in Illinois, EVERY SINGLE TIME, it never gets here. This one we're waiting on is very important and has been in cape coral for 4 days and today we talked to them at 11 am to see where it was and it was there not on the truck. We asked if we can pick it up if its not on the truck on Monday (today's Saturday) they said yes. We need it before then though so we tried waiting as to not annoy them then called at 4 and they're closed. They close at 2 on Saturday. What?! So it's another 2 days in cape coral, not moving anywhere. When i track packages from an order i placed and it says its in cape coral, it always comes that day. If it's from family it either never gets here, takes several weeks or gets sent back to my mother in law which happens almost all the time. What? Are packages sent from family or friends not important? It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm so mad about this because this one was really important. We needed it by today. We should've just went and picked it up this morning. This place sucks! An online order, fine. A package from family or friends, sucks! It happeed with ups recently too here! Got sent back after being stuck in North Florida for a week then started moving finally then back to Illinois. All the info was correct. No reason for this at all! We're not happy!!
