Pathetic service from this branch (not at the front desk; it's always been good). I moved from North Fort Myers in September , and one month later ordered some meds from a mail-order service. Even though I clearly marked an address change on the order, the pharmacist sent it to our old address. After a couple calls to the pharmacy, I tried calling the North Fort Myers post office to see if the package was forwarded. What a joke! They simply don't answer the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. They ignore it! So I called the post office on Palm Beach Boulevard, and the person there was helpful ) he actually knew how to answer a phone). He checked the package's tracking number and found that it had been dropped in our old mailbox by a new carrier, even though we had a forwarding address. Apparently, the new carrier on that route doesn't have the sense to check on such things as forwarding -- just like the people at the office don't know how to answer a phone.
