Upledger/IAHE

I am nearly speechless, but just nearly. I was given a name of this doctor by my mother who is an employee for trustbridge so I trust her full spectrum of knowledge of all sorts of doctors. Mind you, this is the ONLY doctor who shows up for this address and phone number and when I call I am greeted by Taylor who proceeds to tell me she has never heard of him nor has any recollection of him from the past. She claimed to her having a tight and secure inventory of records, but somehow she is severely confused as to why he shows up for this facility. Yes, most of the time there are many different suites compiled into one entire facility, but she, true to form with more-often-than-not, incompetent and lazy employees, they claim they cannot help or seek out information from anyone else. I even asked if this has happened before, people who have sought out this phone number and address attachéd to the number on GOOGLE, she said yes, but shrugged it off like there is nothing to be done about anything. The incompetency blows my mind, seeing as one would think it would behoove this business to change whatever is causing the confusion if it is something that has happened on more than one occasion. Point being, Taylor is completely unqualified for whatever it is that she even does over there, and the woman that I was transferred to downstairs in the clinic is somehow even more incompetent, completely and utterly useless. The fact that she is aware of a problem such as this and has yet to make a conscious effort to fix this confusion is beyond me. Do not bother with these people, I wouldn’t trust any certificate or licensing they provide, nor any information at all. People are generally pretty incompetent and unwilling to help due to this incompetency i am well aware and rarely surprised at this point, but that was flat out unreal. Good luck..
