This place is terrible. They failed to deliver a critical medication for my daughter. I called and was informed I could pick it up at their eagle trail location. After driving 45 minutes to that location, the desk clerk informs me the medication is in a trailer and they can't retrieve it, but if I call in the morning they will be able to get it for me. I call in the morning and am informed "it's not a good sign your package hasn't moved in 3 days, you need to call your provider and request more medicine." I politely informed the lady on the phone that my daughter has been out of medicine for days and calling for a replacement could take weeks. She says sorry they are busy this time of year. I get that, but is that a valid excuse for essentially losing my package and the medication my daughter needs? Unbelievably unprofessional in my opinion. I will avoid all future business with UPS.
