These employees are extremely clueless!!!! They constantly gave my packages back to the UPS driver to bring to my house. Uh I sent them there because I wouldn't be home & hate packages left out at night. Also I had sensitive items sent back when it was over 100 degrees. No matter how many times I asked them to STOP doing it, they said it was the drivers fault?!!!!!! A young girl employee there is very very rude. Talked over me as I tried explaining to the mgr why I did NOT want them brought to my home. They blamed everybody else for the continuous issue and made no apologies. On top of that I was told to call their parent company,UPS, to straighten it out. Wow! Never ever going there again.
