My mail is usually delivered no later than 1:00p.m. I collected my mail from my mailbox at around 1:00p.m. I have been tracking a small parcel that was out for delivery today. I have been home all day. No delivery. I checked the tracking info and it said that a notice was left at 3:02p.m. How can this be? Let me guess.
