SCAM!!!!! I wish there was a way to give a zero rating... Over $2000 my parents spent for a family vacation program that promised annual reward dollars. Almost two years after signing, I am STILL trying to get these credits. No one calls back or has tried to resolve. The fulfillment agency RS Vacations, has been unable to help and twice has said they do not handle The Vacation Shoppe. This company is shady and does not fulfill their obligations stated in the contract. They prey upon people not computer savvy enough to look them up......DO YOUR RESEARCH if you are looking to do a deal with them. They are not listed on the BBB as a member, but have an F rating just from the complaints from people and the company's inability to respond or resolve the complaint.
I would love to know how the other people posting comments and ratings as 5 stars here are so happy.....
