On 2 separate occasions I was told they could not complete my service at the time we had scheduled after I had shown up for the service. I was then asked to reschedule the appointments, I scheduled these appointments, why would I schedule another. I stopped going to them altogether. Its easier to drive to Ft Pierce or Melbourne and get the service you scheduled. If they truly cared about their customer base they would have at least called so that I wouldn't have driven an hour round trip and accomplish nothing.
