I am a current version customer along with other family members who share my plan. One of my family members phone broke so we went in to see about replacing the phone with a simple LG flip phone which is advertised for $45 and under, the customer service agent told me that if I wanted to buy the phone out right that it would cost me $200!!! How insane is that! I can buy a smartphone for that price! I am definitely going back to T-MOBILE I didn't want to leave them anyway but it was a family decision. Save your self some time and money and stay away from Verizon
