Veterans Memorial Park

My first visit to walk thru the Park was on Moday 19 Sept. Small park but, love the engraved monuments with historical facts. Quiet area off Federal Highway with little shade, but still a nice environment for walk thru and remember fallen heroes. I read the monument about the Cuban missile crisis in 1962 and learned something.... I never had previously realized we compensated the Russians by moving out missiles from Turkey. A little bit more educated...I glad to visit park.
