I was there for a general check out dues to my weight lose so they took a blood and urine test... Two weeks after I had to come down for my results since they never called my phone and to my surprise they had charged my insurance almost 1000 dollar and not only tha but they also wanted to charge me 50 bucks for a "doctor" to read my result, and another 50 dollars for my previews visit. WOW
