We had their Empty Nest service for a year and half. They go in and check to see if everything is working properly, troubleshoot problems (for us everything from a snake in the garage to someone parking in our driveway), flush and clean toilets, replace smoke alarm batteries and burnt out lightbulbs. They let vendors in to do work and locked up after. Even took photos for us of the work. They let my daughter in very late one morning at 1 a.m. when she came up to meet the movers next day but couldn't get the garage door to open (they had disengaged the keypad to prevent a break-in). They turn the water and icemaker on in preparation for your return, etc. Their services were indispensable and we highly recommend them. Always prompt and professional.
