Horrible customer service .. the new admn decided to remove the appointment option after they lured you to buy a membership. I find this to be misleading and very inconvenient for busy customers as myself. The owner had the audacity to tell me to just wait for the nail tech that's available. I have done my nails with Mirla for years now which i only have great things to say.
