I went to Publix to pick up perscription that I needed that day and they said they were out and would have to order it. I was in discomfort and reluctantly said OK. They said it would be ready next day after 2 pm.
So, next day at 5 pm I go back to Publix and they said my medication was not there. They said it got misplaced or "kick out of system". I said I already waited a whole day and was getting very irritated.
Not trusting them I had the prescription sent to Walgreens across the street and Yusef (who was great!) said they also did not have any in stock, but he quickly searched nearby Walgreens and found one that had what I needed. He sent them the prescription and gave me directions. Within 30 minutes I had my medication. Publix would have taken four days! Yusef made the extra effort and made a difference. thank you.
