Its a shame i have to drive the extra mile to get to a different walgreens because the customer service at this location is mediocre - to say the least. Being told to wait in line twice ( i was at photo and the line cashier couldn't handle 3 people in the regular check out plus myself at photo) is already frustrating when shopping with 3 children , one being just a few months old and fussy. When i questioned the rrason i eould have to stand in line again after patiently waiting for my turn at the photo kiosk , im told " 2 minutes are not gonna kill you " . guess what . i dont have 2 extra minutes. I waited for my turn, if you cant handle the few customers you have maybe it is time to retire or get a job that does not require dealing with more than 2 people at a time . after talking to the shift manager about the incident, she took my number down and assured me the manager would follow up with me. It has been 2 months and i have yet to hear from the so called managers and the same lady keeps sending customers back and forth testing their patience ( i have seen it happen more than once since it happened to me ) because she 1) cant ring up a customer in the photo kiosk and 2) cant have us take the front of the line at regular checkout becauseva line has formed and now i must wait again bacause, you know, i have nothing else goung in, nowhere to be and tge 3 kids with me should just understand. Shame on you
