One of the most embarrassing moments of my life happened here when I came to pick up alergy medication. Yes. The stuff that they regulate heavily. I have NEVER in my life bought it. I walked in to make a simple purchase of 24 hour Sudafed. The girl at the counter told me their "system was down" and I would have to go somewhere else. This was an hour after my mom bought some and recommended i take it for a few days. The system wasn't down when she was there. I knew immediately that I was being discriminated against due to my young age and heavy acne breakout on my face. They ASSUMED I was a drug addict. I immediately asked to speak to a manager. The manager informed me that the system was not down and that the reason i couldn't purshase it was because i have bought too much. Yet NOBODY ever checked or even asked my name. Everyone stared at me when i tried to explain to the manager that i wasnt a drug user. Absolutely embarrassing and disgusting that they use their own judgement rather than letting the system do its job. Please do something about this Walgreens.
