The only line that was open was self checkout and people with a buggy full were holding the line up and then I heard one employee say everybody was getting off except her. I understood why she only let people check themselves out but I was not feeling well and I only had three items so I expected a fast checking out process, they manger should have more people on duty and overlap the schedule so when one employee gets off the next one would already be in place.
