Got here at 9am to get tires changed. My truck was finally placed on the lift at 12pm. It then took an hour and a half to just change 4 tires... Most of the garage staff was on their phones most of the time or just walking around. Really delaying everyone who wanted to get any services done. Really displaying a whole other level inadequacy and mediocrity. Never again. Really worth just paying the extra money elsewhere, getting it done in an hour tops and avoiding a whole day of frustration.
