Patti (Patricia I believe) is a breath of fresh compared to the other attendant that was once the manager. Patti is courtesy, polite and kind to ALL the guests of Wash-up. She isn't rude, nor does she come off as having an unruly attitude about being at work. This young lady is very people friendly and knows how to interact and communicate with the customers to make them feel comfortable. I've been coming to this place to do laundry for quite some time, and she is BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST, NICEST, AND BEST ATTENDANT THAT I CAN RECALL. Her entire demeanor makes coming to Wash-up a wonderful experience. As long as she is working when I come to do my laundy, I know the service will be great. Thank you!!
