Does not know what he is doing. Came out to fix our dryer. Guessed it was the motherboard. Charged us $150 up front to order part. Cashed our check. Said the part was no longer made. We have a 1 1/2 year old LG. We found it, he ordered it. Came back 1 1/2 weeks later after we called him. Arrived 2 hours late only to tell us he was wrong and it wasnt the motherboard. Blamed it on the dryer being bad. Said he couldn't fix it and left with our dryer in pieces on the floor.
The wife who answers the phone won't give us a refund because she said her husband worked very hard for us.
