Scheduled an appointment for 10:45 am. Arrived at 10:45 am. I had already filled out paperwork online. Checked in at desk and they asked all the questions again. Sat and waited 30 minutes until I was ushered into the exam room. The nurse, or whatever she was ( she was about 25 years old) who again went through the paperwork which wasted another 10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes to see the "nurse practitioner", whatever that is (also very young) who was nice enough and explained the skin issue and the procedure. OK, she said it was an easy procedure just as my doc in IL said and the IL doc was ready to deal with it my first visit. Not these idiots. Then the reality sunk in: They had to contact my insurance company to verify the cost and coverage. What? My doc in IL does that online and provides treatment immediately. They wanted me to schedule another appointment for 3 weeks later. NO! Get into the 21st century. This useless appointment cost me a $40 co-pay and 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. I'm quite sure the doctor was busy doing "cosmetic" procedures, that's where the $$$ is. Never was introduced to her. Really bad customer service. I will be looking elsewhere.
