If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. I literally waited 10 min for the cashier to take my order. I can understand that they were busy but they didnt even acknowledge me or anything. After I placed my order, the manager asked me if I ordered leamonade, and I said yes. She said then told me in a demeaning way that they only had raspberry leamonade and didnt even give me an option. When I got my food they put it in a to go bag when I said it was for here NOT to go. I asked for the food to be put on a tray and the cashier literally put the bags on the tray. Zero customer service. Zero smiles. If you hate your job so much just quit instead of giving the worst service ever. Then to top it off a worker who was on break was literally screaming on her phone in the dinning area. Wendy’s needs to learn how to have standards. Never coming to this Wendy ever again.
