Dust Bunnies Cleaning Specialist

I was very happy with Dust Bunnies. This December there was an internal upset where employees left. I was in the hospital until January. I finally called the owner to book my cleaning. I was told that the woman that cleaned my house would not be back. The owner showed up with a new gal. My Villa takes about 2 hours at most to clean. 3 1/3 hours later they finished. My room was not vacuumed under the bed and cat litter was on my floor. I got nothing but complaining about her old staff and no quality work. Who gets their customers involved in arguments about employees. The owner reached out last week to see if I want to schedule a cleaning appointment. I told her I was not satisfied with the work. She writes me another disturbing text. I would be very Leary hiring them. Late day I received another nasty text. Joanne is not stable
