Western Union

One of the person working there is rude, I have an old account in Western Union I gave him my number and he answered me that my account didn't exist I was paying attention to the computer and he never tipped the number and maybe he thought he did it. When I told him about it he answered me in a very rude way to filled the papers I don't have problems if I had to do all the papers again but I do have problems when people talk and treat me in a very rude way. It's all about costumer service and honestly he needs to learn what is that.
