Awful service. I was sick and patiently waiting to get rung out by this kid who had some issue with the machines. So we moved and had another issue, and another. As new customers are walking up to be rung out they are put Infront of me on a new register as this kid waits for his manager to ring out someone else put Infront of me and finish her phone call. After the kid took out his monster drink and gulped it down that was it. I politely informed he that I had to go and left. I'm a Subway store manager and the only time I put one customer Infront of another is if the first one has a huge order that'll take 15-20 minutes to finish. Otherwise we keep people in order. People's time is valuable and when you are disrespectful of that it rubs people the wrong way. P.S. he was waiting on the manager to unfreeze the POS machine. Watching her ring out new people while simultaneously talking on the phone well... I could spend my money else where.
