Winter Park Land Company

We had an appointment with Rudy to view a listing of his on 2/16 . He text and cancelled said he had multiple offers and that he would be turning them in to the seller tomorrow, without even entertaining an offer from us. Very unethical for a professional Realtor to say the least as I ask for someone else to show us the home I was told that he didn't want to waste any body's time !!! Really wanted to make sure this guy works for Winter Park Land Co.
