We are snowbirds and have been coming to the Cortez location for 4 seasons.....Today we got harassed by Barbara.....took our license Plate number .....she was watching on surveillance cameras and demanded to know what I was doing with my phone around her machines....Apparently the place had been robbed recently.....We have spent a lot of money here in the past, but will not return....She worries about losing money, but has no problem offending good customers...we have a lot of friends that do their laundry here....we are going to pass the word around......DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!
