WoodSpring Suites Daytona Speedway

Made a reservation for the begining of May. Some of my flight details had changed. I had called to speak to someone about adding a day to my reservation, the person whom I spoke with had replied quiet rude over the phone while saying no we cant then proceeded to hang up on me. If this is what we consider customer service skills we may want to find employees who are more qualified. It surly is no way to conduct business. Especially for someone who is reserving a room for a two week stay. I canceled my reservation and took my business elsewhere.
