Wynwood Yoga

I've been part of many studios in Miami for several years now and Wynwood Yoga is by far one of my favorites. It really is such a welcoming place the minute you walk in. They have a variety of teachers and classes so theres something for everyone. Teachers understand how to guide your physical practice but what sets them apart from a lot of the other studios in Miami is that they include the spiritual aspect of yoga in a way that anyone can relate to. Absolutely love them.
