Yum Yum Express‎

Food is below what you'd expect from a delivery Chinese place. Meat is chewy and gross. Last time I went there, someone added 5 bucks as a tip, without my approval. Noticed the extra charge on my statement. Went in for refund with my proof and they pretended not to understand me. They finally handed me 5 bucks out of the cash register and walked away without saying anything. Very shady. Stay away.

I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted by their customer service. I ordered online and the total came to 20$ I got a call to clarify the order and I was told rice was going to be put on the side. There was NO mention of upcharge. Delivery guy got here and it was $28! When I called to clarify the RUDE person basically admitted her mistake but would not accommodate. I waited 30 minutes just to have to give back the full order. I will NEVER eat here again and rest assured I will also make sure to write reviews everywhere. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Eat anywhere else
