I’m done with this Zaxby’s. On this specific visit they gave me the wrong food TWICE. I literally had to tell them what goes on their chicken finger sandwich meal. The button on their drink machine got stuck and soda went all over my hand...no napkins on the counter (as always). I went in the bathroom to wash my hands...y’all, the SINK is gone. I come here because it’s close to work. In multiple previous encounters they’ve barely put sauce on my sandwich, three thin lines of sauce to be exact. The first time I let it go and paid for more sauce. The second time I didn’t let it go and raised a bit of fuss over the sauce situation. An employee told me that I have to ASK them to put enough sauce on it because “some people don’t like much sauce.” The next few times I ordered wings, you shouldn’t have to ask for sauce...or so you’d think. Again, on multiple encounters the sauce didn’t even fully cover the wings. I don’t know if this is a staff laziness or a management decision, but I’m sure it’s the latter. Additionally, there have never been salt and pepper available on the tables or at the drink machine area. There are also no napkins out in the restaurant, you ask if you want more than one. It’s a new place, clean, the food is usually pretty good, and the staff are usually friendly but I’m done with this location.
