I do not have a water delivery account with this company. However, they delivered 5 five gallon water bubbles and left them in front of my garage, blocking my car in. I have now called them on four different occasions, and it's been almost a week, and they are still in my driveway despite several assurances that they will be removed. I would throw them out myself but for the fact that I have a broken back, which I have told them and each call that I have made. So I am blocked in to my house, and the company is not taking any responsibility at all for removing these bottles that were delivered in error,
