We trusted our dog here for doggy daycare and were happy until our pup was bitten/attacked very badly a few months ago. It cost us hundreds of dollars in vet bills and behavioral training to help him overcome his fear from this experience. It has left us with a dog who was once fun-loving and well socialized to one who is terrified of encountering any new dogs at all. The cost isn't our concern, but instead the lack of empathy and overall carelessness of the owner when we called in to discuss what had happened. She was rude and condescending on the phone, would give us no information about the dog who bit him and had little remorse for what we went through after 5+ vet visits getting staples, stitches and anesthesia. Until the foreseeable future we will have to deal with the ramifications of what happened - our poor dog is terrified of any new encounters and it breaks my heart every time we take him anywhere and he is always on guard or growling and cowering in fear. Hopefully this is a warning to those who take there dogs here, there are many other places around that aren't so overpopulated and can give your pup the attention and care they deserve.
