The worst experience ever,I purchased in Bottega Veneta store sunglass ,i skrached it,i went to copule companies to repair it,but they told but they my sunglasses have special glasses that no one have and i have to come back to the Boutique.So i went to there store,and they told me they can't repair it because they don't ....repair!They dont have this parts,so it is my problem and they dont care,when i ask them to contact main office,it they call back only the day after,and advice me to clean my sunglasses with some product,so the sckratch would be less visible!!!awesome answer for the glasses almost 500$!i said again im ready to pay but pls repair it,i even dont ask to make it for free.Answer sorry we cant help.One more time i ask me if may be they know some company who can change glasss, they answer go google.So i cant tell u this is the worst customer service i ever have,i mean this company dont have customer service at all,i would recommend or choose other brand if you want just a little respect or care to yourself or go buy in neiman maecus or saks but not boutiques because this stores have higher quality of stuff working there and customer service 10 levels higher,who will treat u much better,and defenetly help or simply exchange this piece.again worst experience ever.
